I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a balcony that overlooked the river and provided a breathtaking view. The interior of the hotel had a charming old-world charm, with beautiful dark wood and antiques. I particularly loved the breakfast at the hotel, which was absolutely fabulous. The dining room itself was outstanding and added to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. The location of this hotel by the river was absolutely lovely, and being able to take in the scenic views of the Rhine was a true treat. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay here truly unforgettable.

The only downside I can think of is that the best rooms are those at the front of the hotel. However, this hotel is still highly recommended to everyone.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, directly on the Rhine. The breakfast in his offer very clear. The rolls and the croissant, however, were very good. The suite was very spacious and also had a large balcony.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, right at the water near the river cruise boat stop, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful Rhine River and nearby vineyards. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with some even offering stunning views overlooking the Rhine. We were especially delighted to have a balcony where we could relax and take in the picturesque surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from, creating a beautiful atmosphere to start our day.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

We got a better category, which of course we were happy to take. A nice staff and a very nice room with everything your heart desires.

Breakfast was very "looted" but the requests were more than fulfilled.

Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. We were offered a free upgrade without request.

Room comfortably something come into the years. minnibar was empty, no bathrobe, we had slippers with us. the boss was a goose dear and very obliging man.

The first breakfast was great, as was the service, which was just lovely.thank you.the second morning was not so fresh on the table, but the service was very nice.

It sits in an enviable position alongside the river overlooking a castle. The historical 16th/17th century architecture and baronial impression remains although up to date facilities have been provided carefully and well. There is an outside dining terrace overlooking the river and also a superior internal restaurant retaining the period features. Wonderful breakfast buffet!

I would have preferred to see a wider selection of vegetarian dishes on the dinner menu The railway line behind the hotel might be seen as a problem for the few with a room overlooking the line but the double glazing is an adequate noise barrier. The front rooms overlook the river.

The hotel is very stylish. Very large room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Well located at the heart of the romantic rhein area.

No free internet access. No free wifi. Wifi very expensive. Staff was not very precise about inforations on distances, driving/walking time to visit places. The railway is very close to the train and it is a bit noisy when one leaves the windows open.

All in all, this hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.
